Can my order be delivered?
Orders for $250+ placed through Garden Bar Catering can be delivered for a $20 delivery fee. Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance of your desired delivery time. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to place your order.
What are Caviar, Portland Pedal Power, Postmates, Delivered Dish and Grubhub?
They are our ordering and delivery partners. They have no daily cutoff times or minimum order sizes, but they do charge a delivery and service fee.

Can I make a special request for my order?
All customizations must be made when you place your order online. ￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼We cannot accommodate modifications unless they are included in your online order. The easiest way to build a custom salad is to select the Create Your Own option.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We source our ingredients from different farms all over the region. The mix of farms is constantly shifting to guarantee we get the highest quality and freshest products available. Our chef invests a lot of time sampling, tasting and meeting with farmers to ensure we are serving our guests the very best!
What is gluten-free on your menu?
We do our best to provide dining options that customers with gluten sensitivity can enjoy.
We make items without gluten—including all of our dressings—but these items still might contain trace amounts of gluten; none of our products officially can be labeled gluten-free since we prepare everything in-house, and our restaurants also prepare items containing gluten.
Our only gluten-heavy items are our croutons and bagel chips. For a complete list of our made-without-gluten items, visit our MENU page.
What items are dairy-free?
Most of our dressings are dairy-free. Many of our salads can be made dairy-free by eliminating certain ingredients. For a complete list of our dairy-free offerings, visit our MENU page.
Garden Bar prepares wheat, eggs, soybeans, milk, peanuts, tree nuts and fish in-house. Our operations involve shared cooking and preparation areas, so the possibility exists for food items to come in contact with other food products. We are unable to guarantee that any menu item can be completely free of allergens.
What items are allergen-free?
We handle allergens at our restaurants, including dairy, soy, tree nuts, seeds, eggs, wheat and others. While we take precautions to keep ingredients separate, we cannot guarantee that any of our foods or beverages are allergen-free, as we use shared equipment to store, prepare and serve them. If you have any allergy restrictions, please ask our staff to provide you with a full list of ingredients used in our dressings and prepared foods. Our staff is not allowed to suggest or advise on the safety of any ingredients served at our restaurants.
What are your vegan selections?
￼￼￼￼￼ Most salads can be made vegan by removing dairy and meat proteins and substituting a vegan dressing (we have many vegan dressing options). Our salad chefs are happy to help you make the substitutions needed to create a delicious vegan salad!
Is all of the produce at Garden Bar organic?
We strive to serve big, beautiful salads using the best possible ingredients while providing great value. We wish 100% of our ingredients could be organic all the time, but if we used only organic ingredients, the prices of our salads would exceed what people are willing to pay for them.
We purchase organic ingredients whenever possible, and their availability varies. Some of our farmers grow their produce organically but are not currently organically certified. We do not market our ingredients as organic or organically grown. We are happy to let you know what organic ingredients we have available. Please inquire when placing your order in one of our restaurants.

What are Garden Bar loyalty points and how do they work?
Our point-based loyalty program is free to join and enables you to save money on Garden Bar purchases.
For every dollar you spend, you will earn one point. For every 100 points, you will receive a $10 credit on your account that you can use for any purchase in-store or online.
When you create your loyalty account, we automatically give you 50 points—halfway to earning your first reward. As a loyalty program member, you also receive a special gift on your birthday and our periodic newsletter. The kicker: our double-point reward; if you place an order online before 10a on a weekday, you will earn double points!
How do I create a Garden Bar loyalty account?
Creating a Garden Bar loyalty account is super easy and takes just a minute or two. To complete the process, click here and then select CREATE AN ACCOUNT. If your card is not activated, enter the numbers on the back to link the card to your Garden Bar loyalty account.
How do I add past purchases to my account?
Sign in to your account. In the upper right corner of your account page, click MY ACCOUNT. Scroll down to the ADD ORDER TO ACCOUNT section at the bottom of the page. Click CLICK HERE, then add your order ID number.
