Looking for a tasty new way to grill chicken?
Try this delicious recipe from our very own Scott Hargrove using just chicken and Green Goddess dressing - gluten and dairy free and available at at any of our 5 GARDEN BAR locations.
Place 2 chicken breasts or 4 chicken thighs in a large heavy-duty resealable plastic bag and cover with 6oz (one- half bottle) of GARDEN BAR | GREEN GODDESS DRESSING. Make sure all the chicken is coated evenly by moving the chicken around in the bag until coated. (Save the rest of the dressing to serve as a sauce with the finished
dish.) Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or up to 24 hours.
Prepare grill OR heat oven to 500 degrees.
Remove chicken from marinade, shaking off as much liquid as possible. Place chicken into a bowl and drizzle with 2 TBSP of olive oil, covering all the chicken evenly. Chicken should be grilled until it is completely cooked through and when cut the juices run clear. If roasting in an oven, roast for 20-30 minutes.
Use the remaining 6oz of dressing as a sauce for the chicken. Serve with a fresh salad or traditional summer side dish.
