China and Gavin came into our GARDEN BAR Postal Building location to help create our special summer salad with Garden Bar chef Gabe Kapustka. The result? Pink Martini's 'tini 'toush salad.
You are going to love this combination of spinach, romaine, cucumber, red onion, roasted cauliflower, beet pickled egg, roasted chickpeas, hazelnuts, orange-sumac feta, + Pink Martini Thyme dressing (a pomegranate and tahini based dressing).
